Sri Lanka’s Dialog Axiata and FirstSource Solutions of India have entered into a joint venture partnership.
The joint venture is aimed at helping the growth and expansion of Dialog Axiata’s BPO arm which is Dialog Business Services Private Limited (DBS).Mumbai based FirstSource Solutions is a leading BPO services provider in the world while Dialog Business Services recently launched its services.
Under the agreem
ent, FirstSource will have a stake of 74% and Dialog Axiata will hold a 26% stake in the DBS.In future DBS will be known as FirstSource – Dialog Solutions.
