Australian Institute to Research Sri Lankan Ola Leaf Inscriptions

The University of Kelaniya and Dhammawasi International Research Institute of Australia entered into an agreement today (Oct. 08) for the study and research on Sri Lankan ola leaf inscriptions.

Vice chancellor Prof. Sarath Amunugama and Ven. Sudhammo Thero signed the pact on behalf of the university and the Australian institute respectively.

The agreement covers studying and researching on Tripitaka written ola leaves, student and information exchange and the conduct of seminars and other activities related to ola leaf inscriptions.
