Internet Stones.com the popular online media firm dedicated to the development of the gem and jewelery industry worldwide has officially launched the world's most extensive reference database on famous pearls.

The project which has been in the pipeline for two years was undertaken by Dr Shihaan Larif and Mr Lareef Samad. They are both based in Sri Lanka, a country which is well known for cultured natural pearls.
