The Philippines is ready to further strengthen investment ties with Sri Lanka. The Foreign Affairs Department of the Philippines said President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is due to have talks with her Sri Lankan counterpart in this move. The talks will be held in Libya.
According to informed sources, she is due to exchange views with President Rajapaksa on Sri Lanka’s experience on the elimination of terrorism during the meeting.
